Thanks to Backcountry Experience and Outdoor Research for making the Ice Lakes Tiny Home a reality!!
June 21: The Ice Lakes Tiny Home will begin it’s journey from Denver to Durango. Once it arrives, it will temporarily hang out in the parking lot of Backcountry Experience.
June 29-30: Backcountry Experience Colorado Trail Days Events! The Tiny Home will be open to the public! Come see for yourselves!
June 29 at 9:30am: SJMA will host a coffee talk with Jed Botsford, the SJNF Columbine District Lead Ranger.
July 2/3: The Tiny Home will continue its journey to the beautiful Ice Lakes Trailhead where it will be stationed as our Educational Basecamp.
July-August: Volunteers will be stationed at the Tiny Home to promote good stewardship and Leave No Trace practices on behalf of the San Juan Mountains Association.
