Spring Birds at the Nature Center

Join Mike Foster at SJMA’s Nature Center for a spring bird outing. Expect to find a mix of migrants: some will travel further north to nest and raise chicks; others will nest here. Walking distance is less than a mile. Leisurely pace.

DETAILS

  • Eighteen year-olds and up only.
  • No dogs please.
  • Use sunscreen, consider bug juice, bring binoculars, water, snacks, and dress for the weather.
  • For added enjoyment, download the free App “Merlin” to your phone; it identifies birds by their voices.
