Melanie Hardin

Visitor Information Services Specialist, Gunnison BLM Field Office

Melanie Hardin has called Gunnison home since arriving to work seasonally for the National Park Service in 2021. She is a conservation minded professional with a focus on improving the customer experience and educating others on best practices in the outdoors. Driven to impact society and the environment through work within the private and public sectors, Melanie is looking forward to growing and learning in her role working for SJMA at the Gunnison BLM Field office.

When not out exploring all southwest Colorado has to offer she can be found listening to a book and doing a jigsaw puzzle while her two cats vie for her attention.
